Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of retail banking experience.

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming branch atmosphere and exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients entering the branch and assist with transactions, lobby flow, and meetings to build relationships.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and guide clients to self-service options when appropriate.
• Lead branch operations, managing cash devices and ensure accuracy, policy adherence, and audits.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and assist with specialized financial needs to enhance service.
• Promote self-service options for 24/7 access to accounts.
• Support branch operations, maintain loss control, and ensure smooth, secure operations.
