Job summary

Qualifications

- 2+ years of supervisory experience.
- 2+ years of banking operations experience.
- Strong knowledge of banking regulations and procedures.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and banking software.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily branch operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Coach, train, and support branch staff.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve escalated issues.
- Review branch reports, documentation, and operational controls.
- Open new accounts and perform teller transactions as needed.
- Monitor branch security and cash controls.
- Assist with scheduling, staffing, and branch coverage.
- Support customer retention and relationship-building efforts.
- Promote banking products and services that meet customer needs.
