Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services is seeking a Branch Operations Specialist/Officer in Santa Monica, CA. You will lead daily branch operations, coach staff, and ensure regulatory compliance while driving customer satisfaction and growth.

Open to candidates with 5+ years of banking experience, 2+ years of supervisory and banking operations experience, and proficiency with banking software. Notary Public preferred; benefits package included.

What You'll Do

Branch Operations Specialist Requirements

• 5+ years of banking experience
• 2+ years of supervisory experience
• 2+ years of banking operations experience
• Strong knowledge of banking regulations and procedures
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and banking software
• Notary Public preferred

Branch Operations Officer Requirements

• 8+ years of banking experience
• 4+ years of supervisory experience
• 4+ years of banking operations experience
• Strong leadership and operational management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and banking software
• Notary Public preferred
