You will drive deposits, oversee staff, and ensure adherence to policies while maintaining a high level of service and accuracy across all branch activities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the operational leader for the branch, ensuring adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct daily operational reviews and identify exceptions, fraud indicators, and improvement opportunities.
• Review branch activities for compliance with Regulation CC, CTR, OFAC, CIP and other regulations.
• Maintain accuracy in transactions, documentation, and reports; address discrepancies and risks.
• Support branch goals through relationship building, business development, and customer retention.
• Approve transactions within delegated authority and mitigate operational risk.
• Lead the branch during the Branch Manager's absence.
• Interview, onboard, and train new employees; coach for performance.
