Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent of education and related training or experience required.
• 3+ years of retail banking experience required.
• Supervisory, leadership or mentoring experience required.
• Branch operations experience required.
• Cross selling experience required.
• Sales management and business development experience preferred.
• Consumer credit experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement strategy, assess and monitor performance, and motivate and manage a team to meet service and sales goals.
• Recruit, train, coach, lead, schedule, motivate, and evaluate the work of a team.
• Oversee branch operations to ensure compliance and customer service excellence.
• Perform regular audits of the vault and teller cash with proper documentation.
• Maintain customer base and meet growth expectations.
• Lead training and staff meetings.
