Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to partner with the Branch Manager in delivering exceptional client experiences and strong daily operations. You will guide lobby flow, transactions, and self-service adoption while ensuring compliance and a positive, welcoming environment.

You will lead cash handling, loss control, and audits, while building relationships with clients and team members to drive mutual success in a fast-paced branch setting.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming, vibrant branch atmosphere and exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and guide clients into self-service options.
• Lead branch operations including cash devices, resolve client issues with accuracy and compliance.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless, caring service and assist with financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to enable 24/7 account access.
• Support branch operations, uphold loss control, compliance and audits.
