You will develop processes for compliance, audits, and risk controls, mentor staff, coach performance, and ensure exceptional service while maintaining strict adherence to banking regulations and policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; notary license preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of banking experience with emphasis in operations.
• Minimum of 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills; proven ability to manage teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations, cash management, and security procedures.
• Lead, coach and develop branch staff to achieve service and production goals.
• Ensure adherence to bank policies and regulatory requirements; manage risk and controls.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve complex inquiries or issues.
• Schedule staffing and manage FTE budget; oversee teller line and cash handling.
• Drive branch growth through customer retention and new account acquisition.
