• Lead branch operations, manage cash devices like the cash vault and ATM, and resolve client issues with accuracy.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and assist with specialized financial needs to elevate service.
• Explain self-service options and help clients access accounts anytime.
• Support branch operations with loss control, compliance, and audits to ensure security.
