Job summary

Morgan Stanley in Lake Oswego seeks a Business Service Officer to supervise Support Professionals and execute branch service functions. You will lead service delivery, coach Advisor teams, and help implement strategic priorities with a focus on quality and compliance.

Collaborate with Complex Sales and Risk teams, manage performance reviews, onboarding, and cross-training while maintaining branch budgets and strong partner relationships across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education required.
• Active securities licenses (Series 7, 8, and 66 or 63 and 65) or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and talent development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Support Professionals and Service Professionals.
• Oversee branch service operations and budget adherence.
• Coach Advisors and teams; facilitate onboarding and training.
• Partner with CBSO and HR on performance reviews and conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with firm policies and risk controls.
