Jobtailor is seeking a Branch Manager in Eugene, Oregon to lead daily branch operations and drive customer service excellence. You will supervise tellers, oversee account openings and loan processing, and push cross-selling initiatives to deepen client relationships.

Qualifications

• Two+ years retail banking or branch operations experience recommended.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Branch Manager to attain branch and Bank goals.
• Ensure day-to-day operational excellence in the branch.
• Supervise and lead Tellers.
• Provide Breakthrough Client Service.
• Process transactions and place clients in appropriate account and loan products.
• Cross-sell bank services and make referrals to other departments.
• Ensure the branch meets or exceeds operations standards and is responsible for satisfactory audits.
• Monitor sales and service goals and coach team members to deepen customer relationships.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with consumers and businesses in the local community.
• Provide proactive solutions and problem resolutions aligned with Breakthrough Client Service Standards.
• Back up the personal banking team by opening accounts, receiving loan requests, and gathering credit-related information.
• Manage, lead, train, and coach Tellers; may oversee personal bankers with the Branch Manager.
• Process and oversee branch opening and closing, overdraft monitoring, wire transfers and collections, stop payments, and branch controls.
