Job summary

1st Security Bank in Oregon seeks an experienced Branch Manager to lead daily operations, drive service excellence, and coach a team of tellers and personal bankers. You will oversee audits, training, scheduling, and customer experience, while ensuring branch goals are met and compliance with bank policies.

This role requires strong leadership, reliability, and the ability to respond to customer needs with integrity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and at least three years banking experience with one-year supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of the Bank Secrecy Act and Anti‑Money Laundering policies, procedures and related programs.
• Must be bondable and able to keep up to date on regulatory changes.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch staff with coaching and training sessions weekly.
• Ensure branch compliance with bank policies and procedures.
• Meet branch goals through sales and referrals with Manager oversight.
• Open and service accounts for consumers and business customers as needed.
• Provide branch administration and operations in the absence of the branch manager.
