Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Branch Operations Lead in Dayton, OH to partner with the Branch Manager in delivering exceptional client experiences while ensuring strict adherence to bank policies and controls.

You will supervise daily branch activities, support loss prevention, and coach teammates to uphold service standards during peak hours. In this role you will guide staff on transactions, promote self-service options, and foster trusted relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• Adhere to bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Strong leadership and operations proficiency.
• Educate and keep branch team informed.
• Build client relationships and educate on services.
• 1+ year of retail banking experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Availability for weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create welcoming atmosphere and exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Engage clients with clear communication, understand needs, and queue them smoothly.
• Lead branch operations, cash devices, and adherence to policies.
• Introduce clients to branch team and assist with specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service options for 24/7 access to accounts.
• Support all branch operations including loss control, compliance, and audits.
