Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead in Columbus to drive a welcoming client experience and lead day-to-day branch operations with a focus on accuracy, policy adherence, and customer service excellence.

You will collaborate with the Branch Manager, guide the team through transactions, lobby management, and client education while ensuring compliance and safeguarding branch assets.

Qualifications

• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Leadership and operational proficiency to ensure transaction accuracy.
• Educate and inform branch team and partners.
• Engage with clients and refer them to experts when needed.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming and vibrant branch environment.
• Greet clients and assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Communicate clearly to understand and help clients; check them into waiting queue.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices (cash vault, ATM); resolve issues with accuracy and compliance.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and build relationships.
• Explain self-service options for 24/7 account access.
• Support branch operations, uphold loss control, compliance, and audits.
