Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• Adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proven leadership and operational proficiency.
• Ability to educate and refer clients to experts when needed.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere and deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Greet clients as they enter, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings to build trusted relationships.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and guide them to appropriate solutions.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices, resolving client issues, and ensuring policy compliance.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and collaborate to deliver seamless service with care.
• Encourage self-service options to give clients access to accounts anytime.
• Support all branch operations, maintaining high standards for loss control, compliance, and audits.
