Job summary

You will lead a team, ensure compliance and audits are met, and build lasting relationships with clients while educating them on financial services and referring complex needs to experts.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• Strong adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Excellent leadership and operational proficiency.
• Ability to educate and refer clients to experts.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere in the branch.
• Greet clients and assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Engage clients with clear communication and understand their needs.
• Lead branch operations, including managing cash devices and adhering to policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and assist with specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients.
• Support loss control, compliance, and audits to ensure smooth operations.
