Responsibilities include audits, licensing, training, budget control, and resolving complex client issues while leading a professional team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3+ years in financial services, with supervisory experience.
• SIE required; Series 7, 9 & 10 required; Series 63/65/66 as required by state.
• Equivalent combination of experience and education acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily branch operations and ensure policy compliance.
• Coordinate workflow with home office and supervise staff.
• Perform self-audits and assist with compliance visits.
• Control expenses and oversee supplies, payroll and invoicing.
• Recruit, train and supervise branch operations associates.
• Maintain branch documentation and staff performance reviews.
• Oversee registrations, licensing and continuing education.
• Assist with rent, facilities and security.
• Review and resolve complex client account issues.
