Job summary

Raymond James & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Branch Operations Leader to manage the day-to-day operational efficiency of the Washington, DC branch.

Under the branch manager, you will coordinate branch-home office workflow and supervise branch operations staff to ensure smooth, compliant operations. You will oversee audits, cost controls, and staff performance, while maintaining high levels of client service and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field and 3+ years in financial services, preferably with operational management and supervisory experience.
• Equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training as approved by HR.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall branch operational efficiency under branch manager guidance.
• Coordinate branch-home office workflow and back-up operations.
• Supervise and develop branch operations associates; conduct performance appraisals and salary reviews.
• Ensure compliance with firm policies and regulatory requirements; assist with audits and visits.
