Job summary

Raymond James is seeking an experienced Branch Office Manager to lead a retail branch and oversee daily operations, compliance, and client service. The role involves directing staff, managing revenue and expenses, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in financial services, along with FINRA licenses and strong leadership abilities to guide advisors and support staff in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of three years of experience in a financial services firm.
• Licenses required: SIE; Series 7 and 9/10 (or 8); Series 63 & 65 or 66 as required by state; Life, Health and Variable Annuity Licenses; NFA Commodities License if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates branch structure and strategic plan to promote efficiency and profitability while maintaining excellent service.
• Oversees compliance with firm and regulatory policies and procedures.
