Raymond James & Associates, Inc. seeks an Operations Manager to oversee the branch office’s day-to-day operations and compliance with firm policies.

You will work with home office personnel, perform self-audits, and assist in budgeting, training, and supervising staff. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and experience in financial services operations, with licenses such as SIE and Series 7/66 (and potential Series 9/10).

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in a related field.
• Minimum of one year experience in the financial services industry, preferably with operational management and supervisory experience.
• Licenses/certifications: SIE required; Series 7 and 66 (or 63 and 65) required; ability to obtain Series 9 & 10 within six months of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Perform back-up for all operational functions as workload requires.
• Coordinate branch-home office workflow with home office personnel.
• Conduct self-audits of branch procedures and assist Branch Manager with compliance visits.
• Assist Branch Manager with expense control and peak efficiency operations.
• Oversee ordering of supplies, purchase orders, and postage usage.
• Review branch invoices and operating statements when applicable.
• Maintain branch operational manuals and assist in personnel management.
• Recruit, train, and supervise branch operations associates; manage performance and salary reviews.
