Job summary

Raymond James in Boca Raton is seeking an experienced Branch Operations Manager to oversee daily operations under the branch manager, ensuring efficiency and regulatory compliance across all functions.

You will coordinate with home office, conduct audits, manage expenses, and supervise operations staff. A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in financial services operations are required, with securities licenses obtainable as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 3+ years in financial services operations or supervisory role.
• Experience managing branch operations and regulatory compliance preferred.
• SIE and securities registrations required or obtainable within state rules.

Responsibilities

• Back-up for all branch operational functions.
• Coordinate branch with home office workflow.
• Conduct self-audits of branch procedures.
• Support Branch Manager with compliance visits and expense controls.
• Oversee supplies, petty cash, invoices and operating statements.
• Assist in recruiting, training and supervising operations staff.
• Ensure staffing levels and cross-training adequacy.
• Manage branch registrations, licensing, and continuing education.
