Job summary

Partner Colorado Credit Union in Arvada, CO seeks a Branch Supervisor to assist the Branch Manager in daily operations, grow branch production, and deliver outstanding member service while ensuring policy compliance and security.

You will coach tellers and sales staff, oversee cash handling, participate in community events, support SEG partnerships, and ensure audits are completed accurately. A college degree and three years in financial services are preferred.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent training/work experience requiring strong knowledge of management techniques and financial products and services.
• At least three years financial services experience.
• Strong leadership, customer service, and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager in branch operations and production to achieve growth, sales and service targets while maintaining high member service and compliance.
• Provide daily coaching to branch staff and handle member escalations.
• Balance cash drawers and manage branch cash processes, including ATM and cash machine balances.
• Ensure security procedures and branch audits are performed timely and in compliance with policies.
• Support community development, SEG partnerships, and participation in local events.
• Train new staff and monitor adherence to policies and Check 21 requirements.
