Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least two years in a leadership role.
• Ability to lead and develop a team of Member Advocates.
• Strong customer service and problem resolution skills.
• Familiarity with banking policies and compliance basics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsabilités

• Direct and administer branch operations while ensuring policy compliance.
• Lead service, operational, and sales efforts through goal setting and supervision.
• Educate members on Credit Union products and provide financial guidance.
• Oversee transaction and loan processing, new accounts, and deposits.
• Manage branch staff performance and development.
• Ensure security, safety and compliance with BSA, FACTA, and related regulations.
