Job summary

Bellco Credit Union in Aurora, CO seeks a Branch Lead to assist the Branch Manager with daily operations, audits, and staff development. You will coach staff on referrals, sales, and operational integrity while resolving escalated member issues.

The role requires strong teller and operations experience, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently. You will back up the Branch Manager, support audits, reports, and ensure compliance with procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Two plus years teller/operations experience preferred.
• One year sales and customer service, preferably in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations and audits, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
• Provide coaching to staff on member referrals, sales, and operational integrity.
• Resolve escalated member issues and support Branch Manager in daily duties.
• Support and back up Branch Manager in daily production goals and team engagement.
• Handle digital appointments and allocate to staff to start on time.
• Identify opportunities to improve branch efficiency and monitor workflow and controls.
• Maintain compliance with procedures including MIP errors, SARs, CTRs and BSA policies.
• Maintain lending, security, fraud knowledge and branch procedures.
