Partner Colorado Credit Union is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to assist the Branch Manager in achieving growth, sales and service targets while ensuring high member service and compliance. You will also support community development efforts and cover branch duties in the manager's absence.

Role includes coaching staff, ensuring policy adherence, handling member inquiries, balancing cash, and maintaining audits and security across branch operations.

Formación

• College degree or equivalent training or work experience.
• At least three years financial services experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support and on-the-spot coaching to branch staff and address member needs.
• Ensure MSR/ASR activities follow policy guidelines and update staff on changes.
• Receive and process member transactions on computer systems; perform MSR/ASR duties as needed.
• Balance cash drawers and resolve discrepancies; monitor branch cash handling.
• Balance ATM and cash machines; manage cash orders.
• Open/close branch and enforce security procedures.
• Ensure branch audits are conducted timely and in security compliance.
• Track and coach branch performance and report results.
• Develop community relations and support SEG/business partnerships.
