Job summary

United Business Bank is seeking an Assistant Client Service Manager in Las Vegas, onsite only, to lead the branch day-to-day operations and back up the Client Service Manager.

You will oversee Teller and New Account functions, actively cross-selling bank products and services, review management reports and daily callbacks, and assist the Director of Branch Administration with duties to keep operations efficient and client-focused.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years of bank operations experience.
• Knowledge of Teller, New Account and Operations procedures.
• Thorough understanding of banking regulations and standard banking practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day branch operations onsite.
• Back up the Client Service Manager in their absence.
• Cross-sell bank products and services.
• Review management reports and daily callbacks.
• Assist the Regional Branch Administrator and Director of Branch Administration with duties.
• Ensure clients are served promptly, courteously, efficiently and professionally.
