Job summary

United Business Bank in Colorado is seeking an Assistant Client Service Manager to oversee daily branch operations onsite. You will back up the Client Service Manager, ensure accurate teller and account operations, and support customer service excellence.

You will actively cross-sell bank products, review daily reports, resolve processing issues, and assist senior staff with projects. A high school diploma and 3+ years in banking Ops are required; MS Office skills and professional appearance are

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Teller, New Account and Operations procedures.
• Thorough understanding of banking regulations and standard banking practices.
• Previous management experience and a minimum of 3 years bank experience in Operations Department.

Responsibilities

• Day to day management of the branch and backing up the Client Service Manager in their absence.
• Provide and manage efficient, accurate performance of all branch Operations functions.
• Cross-sell Bank products and services and support staff in cross-selling efforts.
• Review management reports and daily callbacks; resolve processing issues.
• Assist the Client Service Manager, Regional Branch Administrator and Director of Branch Administration with duties and projects.
