Job summary

Surge Staffing in Las Vegas is seeking a Branch Manager to lead sales growth and profitability within a defined geographic area. You will develop new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and oversee branch operations to achieve sales and performance goals.

You will spearhead prospecting, design effective sales strategies, and drive operational excellence across your branch team, with travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven outside sales experience in a consultative, solution-based environment.
• Experience in staffing, human resources, or business services is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for new, active, and inactive accounts.
• Identify prospects and create customized approaches to win new business.
• Conduct independent and joint sales calls with branch and management teams.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
• Build and maintain relationships through consistent communication and follow-up.
• Partner with internal teams and headquarters to tailor solutions and close deals.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity, client interactions, and business results.
• Represent Surge Staffing at local networking events to strengthen community presence and brand recognition.
