Banc of California is seeking Branch Support Officers to greet customers, process cash and non-cash transactions, and support daily branch operations across assigned locations in California. Travel between branches within the region is required, with mileage reimbursement.

You will help uphold service standards, assist with audits, and coaching of staff as needed, while ensuring regulatory compliance and a high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in branch operations or supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of banking procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel for daily tasks.
