Shore United Bank seeks an Assistant Branch Manager (Branch Operations Manager internally) to support the Branch Manager in supervising daily branch workflow, driving business development, and managing customer service and operational risk. This role demands leadership, regulatory awareness, and hands-on loan processing in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent banking experience.
• Minimum of three years in a branch role with strong knowledge of bank products and services, and working knowledge of consumer and mortgage loans.
• Prior demonstrated supervisory experience with the ability to lead, manage, and develop a team.
• Federal NMLS License required, or ability to get licensed following hire.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the daily workflow of the branch in collaboration with the Branch Manager.
• Assist in implementing business development strategies to achieve goals.
• Provide loan processing for customers per Loan Policy and handle inquiries about loans, rates, and payments.
• Make business development calls to prospective and existing customers to strengthen relationships.
• Support goals in profit, performance, and customer service.
• Act as a key link between branch operations, customer service and staff development.
• Investigate and resolve customer problems to meet needs.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
