Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Back-up for all branch operational functions as workloads/absences require.
• Coordinate branch-home office workflow with home office personnel.
• Conduct self-audits of branch procedures and assist with compliance visits.
• Oversee expenses, supplies, and branch invoices; manage petty cash.
• Supervise branch operations associates and conduct performance appraisals.
