Raymond James Financial, Inc. Washington, D.C. location is seeking a Branch Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operational efficiency and ensure strict adherence to firm and regulatory policies.

The role requires coordinating branch and home office workflows, managing expenses, and supervising operations staff. The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and several years of relevant experience, plus FINRA licenses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3+ years in financial services operations.
• SIE and FINRA licenses required; ability to obtain additional registrations as needed.
• Strong analytical and leadership skills; ability to manage branch operations and staff.
• Ability to adapt to a deadline-driven environment and ensure compliance.

Responsibilities

• Back-up for all operational functions as workloads and absences require.
• Coordinate branch-home office workflow with home office staff.
• Complete self-audit of branch procedures and assist with compliance reviews.
• Assist Branch Manager with expenses, budgets and peak operational efficiency.
• Oversee supplies, purchases, and petty cash accounting; review invoices.
• Resolve complex client account inquiries and problems with accuracy.
• Lead ongoing performance management and salary reviews for staff.
