Job summary

Raymond James Financial, Inc. is seeking an experienced Branch Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, coordinate branch-home office workflow, and ensure efficient, compliant service delivery.

You will recruit, train, and supervise branch operations associates, manage budgets and staffing, and support compliance visits, audits, and licensing requirements across the branch network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and three years’ experience in the financial services industry, preferably including operational management and supervisory experience
• Equivalent combination of experience, education and/or training as approved by Human Resources
• SIE required; Series 7/9/10 and Series 63/65/66 as required by state

Responsibilities

• Performs back-up for all operational functions as required by workloads and absences.
• Coordinates branch-home office workflow with home office personnel.
• Assists Branch Manager with confidential matters and compliance visits.
• Oversees ordering of supplies and petty cash management.
• Recruits, trains, and supervises branch operations associates.
• Ensures staffing levels and cross-training; supports performance appraisals and salary reviews.
