Job summary

Raymond James is seeking a Branch Operations Manager to drive efficiency and ensure regulatory compliance across the branch. You will oversee daily activities, coordinate with the home office, and manage a team of operations staff.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3–6 years of general experience with supervisory responsibilities; securities licenses may be required depending on state rules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3 to 6 years general experience, 13 months to 3 years in manager role.
• SIE required; Series 7, 9 & 10; 63, 65 and/or 66 as state registrations may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall operational efficiency of the branch office.
• Direct day-to-day operations and ensure compliance with policies.
• Coordinate branch-home office workflow and assist with confidential matters.
• Oversee expenses, staffing, and performance management of branch staff.
• Recruit, train, and supervise branch operations associates and review workload.
