Job summary

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in operations, customer service and/or human resources activities.
Minimum of two (2) years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Assist the Branch President with employee reviews and interviews.
Schedule and assign work to branch staff, conduct some branch training, and provide branch coverage when needed and appropriate.
Respond to employee questions, concerns, and complaints.
Coordinate operational activities within the branch to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and corporate policies and procedures.
