Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations, including lending, product sales and customer service.
• Drive business development to grow revenues and meet targets.

• Meet branch sales goals through new business and referrals.
• Maintain annual operating plan and track product-wise performance.
• Conduct daily huddles and manage CRM leads.
• Support onboarding of new customers and cross-sell products.
• Ensure RBI audits and risk controls are followed.
• Manage branch profitability and cost optimization.
