Job summary

Jobot seeks a Branch Manager for Commercial Door & Dock Services in Columbus, OH to own the day-to-day P&L and lead Sales, Project Management/Customer Service, Technicians, and Dispatch. You will hire and develop the team, build a safety-first culture, and report KPIs to leadership while driving growth.

You will manage staffing, customer relations, and profitability, with a focus on expanding operations and supporting acquisitions as the company scales.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing operations with direct P&L ownership.
• Strong customer service orientation with ability to drive satisfaction.
• Financial acumen with ability to analyze KPIs and financial statements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Nice-to-have: experience in commercial door, dock, or access-control industry.
• Experience progressing through a service manager or similar technical-operations track.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day P&L for the branch across Sales, Project Management/Customer Service, Technicians, Safety, Training, Equipment, Inventory & Purchasing, and Dispatching.
• Manage scheduling & dispatch, staff training, customer service coordination, billing/AR/AP, and invoicing/collections.
• Hire, train, evaluate, and lead the full branch team.
• Promote a safety-first culture and implement a preventative maintenance program across locations.
• Review weekly/monthly sales, product mix, and profitability reports; maintain close contact with key customers.
• Provide timely financial and KPI reporting to company leadership.
