Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to all managers and staff.
• Manage inventory, shipments, customer service, and warehouse layout.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships and resolve complaints.
• Ensure compliance with safety, SOPs, DOT regulations and environmental health.
• Maintain communication with Branch, District/Regional Ops and Sales teams.
• Understand and manage P&L, Budget and Capital Planning; develop multi-year plan.
• Perform supervisory responsibilities for staff; drive performance.
