Job summary

Qualifications

• A minimum of five years of progressive leadership experience in the door industry, building products, construction trades, or closely related service-based industries.
• Direct experience in the overhead door industry providing products, installation, and service to businesses and/or end users via a field deployed workforce is highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing or Engineering is required.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Participates in direction, strategies, and implementation of all programs for branch operations.
• Review, improve and oversee marketing and advertising programs at each branch.
• Review and oversee development of policies and procedures for purchasing, inventory management, quality assurance, health and safety, education, and training.
• Work closely with engineering on new product development and successful installation where needed.
• Drive residential and commercial sales growth and develop contractor relationships.
• Owns branch P&L, budget development, and cost control; provide monthly forecasts and reports.
• Ensure wage/hour and safety compliance; implement safe-work practices across offices, warehouse, and field operations.
• Hire, coach, and hold team members accountable; review and participate in MIS improvements to manage risks.
