Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead in California to join our branch leadership team. You will support the Branch Manager in delivering outstanding client experiences, manage daily operations, and ensure adherence to policies while building trusted relationships with clients.

Responsibilities include greeting clients, handling transactions, supervising lobby flow, and guiding the team to promote self-service options while maintaining strong compliance and loss-control practices.

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming branch environment with exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Engage clients with clear communication and anticipate needs to ensure smooth visits.
• Lead branch operations, manage cash devices, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and address financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients.
• Support loss control, compliance, and audits to maintain branch security and standards.
