JPMorgan Chase in California is seeking a Branch Manager to lead daily branch operations, coaching a team to deliver exceptional client service and financial solutions. You will manage deposits, investments, and risk controls while representing the brand with hospitality and technology-enabled services.

The role requires 2+ years in branch leadership and a high school diploma; a college degree is preferred. Weekend/evening hours may be required as part of branch operations.

Formación

• 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience.
• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Proven ability to coach and develop staff to achieve results.
• Strong risk and control mindset, with adherence to policies.
