Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling in Dayton, OH is seeking a Manager to lead field teams, support technicians, and coordinate dispatch to ensure excellent customer experiences from start to finish.

You will manage staff, participate in hiring, oversee budgets with the GM, monitor performance, and ensure quality workmanship while maintaining safety and efficiency across maintenance, service, and indoor air quality operations.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of management experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of plumbing and HVAC required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs and use hand/power tools.

Mansioni

• Lead and develop staff, assist in hiring, scheduling, and evaluating performance.
• Coordinate maintenance, service, and indoor air quality operations for efficiency.
• Resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the GM on budgeting and financials.
• Generate reports on departmental operations and inventory.
• Review payroll records for accuracy and ensure proper pay.
• Coordinate with dispatch to assign technicians.
• Assess staff for training needs and development.
• Ensure vehicles and parts are stocked and maintained.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by branch/GM.
