Qualifications

• Must adhere to policies, procedures and regulatory banking requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized across tasks.
• Demonstrated leadership and operational proficiency ensuring transaction accuracy.
• Ability to educate the branch team and partners and keep them informed.
• Engage clients, build relationships and refer to experts when needed.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming, vibrant branch environment and exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients on entry, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow and schedule meetings.
• Engage clients with clear communication, understand needs, and check them into the waiting queue.
• Lead branch operations, manage cash devices like cash vault and ATM, resolve issues while following policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and collaborate to deliver seamless service and address financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking anytime, anywhere.
• Support all branch operations, maintaining loss control, compliance and audits.
