Qualifications

• Adheres to bank policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Maintains accuracy and organization across tasks.
• Demonstrates leadership and operational proficiency in branch settings.
• Educates and informs branch staff and partners.
• Engages clients and refers to Experts as needed.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience required.
• High school diploma or GED needed, with flexibility for weekend/evening hours.
• Preferred: 6+ months as Associate Banker or Teller, college degree or military equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming branch atmosphere and exceptional client experiences.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and guide them to self-service options.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices, maintain accuracy and policy compliance.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless, sincere service.
• Encourage use of self-service options for 24/7 access to accounts.
• Support loss control, compliance, and audits to ensure smooth operations.
