You will lead cash handling, lobby flow, audits, and loss prevention, ensuring regulatory compliance and a welcoming, high-service environment for clients and teammates alike.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• Mandarin and English bilingual preferred.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure an exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings to build relationships.
• Engage clients with clear communication and anticipate needs during visits.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices, maintain accuracy, and adhere to bank policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and address specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to empower clients to access accounts anytime.
• Support all branch operations with focus on loss control, compliance, and audits.
