Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create welcoming, high-energy branch.
• Greet clients on entry and assist with transactions, lobby flow, and meetings.
• Communicate clearly to understand and meet client needs; manage waiting queue.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices like the cash vault and ATM.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service.
• Promote self-service options to simplify client banking.
• Support loss control, compliance, and audits to keep the branch secure.
