JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to oversee daily branch operations and lead a team in delivering exceptional client experiences. You will work with the Branch Manager to ensure policy adherence, accurate transactions, and high service standards while guiding staff on procedures and compliance.

You will also promote self-service options, manage lobby flow, and build lasting client relationships, supporting loss control and audits to maintain a secure, efficient branch

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create welcoming branch atmosphere.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow and schedule meetings.
• Engage clients with clear communication; anticipate needs and check into waiting queue.
• Lead branch operations including cash devices; resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and up-sell where appropriate to meet needs.
• Promote self-service options to enable account access 24/7.
• Support loss control, compliance and audits to keep branch secure and compliant.
