• You have 1+ years of retail banking experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming, high-service branch environment.
• Greet clients and assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and guide them to solutions.
• Lead branch operations, manage cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, and resolve issues.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service.
• Promote self-service options to help clients access accounts any time.
• Support loss control, compliance, and audits to keep the branch secure and compliant.
