• Greet clients and assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Interact with clients to understand needs and check into waiting queue for a smooth visit.
• Lead branch operations, manage cash devices like the cash vault and ATM, and resolve issues per policy.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and build relationships.
• Promote self-service options to clients for 24/7 access to accounts.
• Support Branch Manager in loss control, compliance, and audits to keep branch secure.
