Qualifications

• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
• Maintain detail-orientation and organization across tasks.
• Proven leadership and operational proficiency in branch settings.
• Strong client education and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication with clients and team members.
• Retail banking experience required (1+ year).
• Able to work weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming branch culture and exceptional client experiences.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings to build relationships.
• Engage clients with clear communication to understand needs and guide them to solutions.
• Oversee branch operations including cash devices and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and meet financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to enhance client convenience 24/7.
• Support loss control, compliance, and audits to keep the branch secure and compliant.
