Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to oversee branch activities, supervise staff, and ensure policy-compliant service for clients. You will drive customer satisfaction, manage cash devices, and promote self-service options to enhance the banking experience.

You will collaborate with the Branch Manager, lead an engaged team, and uphold loss control and audits while delivering seamless service and growth for the branch.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• Strong focus on policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven leadership and operational proficiency in a team setting.
• Aptitude for educating and guiding branch staff and partners.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming branch atmosphere and exceptional client experiences.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings to build relationships.
• Communicate clearly to understand and assist clients, and guide them to self-service options.
• Lead branch operations, manage cash devices (cash vault, ATM), and resolve client issues per policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and assist with specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service tools to simplify banking for clients at all times.
• Support all aspects of branch operations, including loss control, compliance, and audits.
